Clients will receive a full refund or credit when cancellation is requested, at latest, up to 24 hours before the activity is due to begin.
Clients are also eligible for a full refund or credit in the event of an operator cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Insufficient number of participants for an activity may lead to its cancellation at short notice.
In case of no-show, the full price will be charged to the client with no further eligibility for any refund, credit or change of date.
The driver-guide may have to change the route or the order of the stops for exceptional reasons beyond our control, for force majeure or for the safety of our travellers.
