DE Terms and Conditions of the tours and the walks:
- Cancellations of bookings for excursions must be done the latest before 13h00 of the previous day respectively, otherwise, there is no place for reimbursement of the reservation for logistical reasons.
- The clients that do not show for the walks are charged full price.
- The excursions can be cancelled or altered for reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, landslides or for the safety and well being of our guests.
- Insufficient number of participants in the excursions can lead to cancellation of the same excursions with short notice.
- The driver-guide can change the route or the order of the breaks for exceptional reasons beyond our control or for forced circumstances and for the safety of our travellers.
